Let's travel back in time to the Spanish colony in this continent, through the streets of this almost 500-year-old town.

Santa Fe de Antioquia was an important city for centuries and it is so well preserved that through this visit you can learn a lot about the history of the American continent, Colombia and the Antioquia region. It is an experiential history class that takes place among cobbled streets, colonial houses, old squares, and stories of Spaniards, Africans, indigenous people, and their mixtures, such as mestizos and mulattoes, who interacted in this territory for hundreds of years.

This experience also includes a visit to an ancient bridge on the outskirts of the town, The West Bridge, which was a landmark of Latin American engineering more than a century ago and still stands on the waters of the mighty Cauca River.

During the tour, you will also have the opportunity to learn about filigree, a gold weaving technique that identifies the artisan jewelry that has been made in this territory for centuries, and to taste the region's gastronomy.
